Hello, here is a 4 week list of exercises to help you increase overall fitness and physique. If you are going to use any weights or bands, I prefer you stay at moderate weight, something you can control and have full range of motion to get the most of it. Starting at a moderate weight will help to build cardiovascular strength while also feeling a burn afterwards. Eventually we want to get to a point where we can add weight as strength increases.
But for now, let's get it started!
This program is for a progressive athlete and adult who trains at least twice a week. For beginners you will perform modified movements if listed exercises are too complicated.
